By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of Services
Kayla Talk offers astrological readings (Vedic and Western), tarot, akashic records and psychic readings, palm and face reading, energy healing (distance and photo healing), chakra balancing, candle spell rituals, gemstone guidance, and dosh-removal puja services (including Kaal Sarp Dosh, Manglik Dosh, Navgraha Shanti Puja and Nazar Dosh removal), along with educational courses in these disciplines.
2. Nature of Guidance — Not a Substitute for Professional Advice
All readings, healing sessions and rituals are offered for guidance, reflection and traditional spiritual practice. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. For matters of health, law or finance, please consult a qualified, licensed professional. Outcomes of remedies and rituals are not guaranteed and may vary by individual.
3. Eligibility
Our services are available only to individuals aged 18 years or older. By booking, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Booking & Payment
- Bookings may be made via our website calendar, WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Session prices listed on our Services page are starting rates; final pricing is confirmed before your session begins.
- We accept all standard payment modes: UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and digital wallets, processed via secure third-party gateways.
- Full payment (or an agreed advance) is required to confirm puja and ritual bookings, given the materials and preparation involved.

6. Lawful & Ethical Practice
All rituals, pujas and remedies offered by Kayla Talk are performed under the supervision of experienced practitioners and within the bounds of applicable Indian law. We do not offer or perform any service that is illegal, harmful, or intended to cause harm to any third party. Any request inconsistent with these principles will be declined.
7. Client Conduct
We are committed to treating every client with respect and expect the same in return. Kayla Talk reserves the right to decline or discontinue service to any individual who is abusive, threatening, or engages in conduct that compromises the safety or wellbeing of our team.
8. Courses & Coaching
Course enrolments are personal to the registered student and are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Certificates of completion reflect course attendance and assessment, not a professional license.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, course material, and original written guidance provided by Kayla Talk remain the intellectual property of Kayla Talk and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kayla Talk and its practitioners shall not be held liable for decisions made by clients based on readings, healing sessions or remedies. Services are offered in good faith as guidance, not as a guarantee of outcome.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of West Bengal.
