Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 1 July 2026We want every Kayla Talk client to feel confident booking with us. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are handled across our readings, healing sessions, puja rituals and courses.
1. Reading & Healing Sessions (Tarot, Akashic, Psychic, Kundli, Distance/Photo Healing, Chakra Balancing, Candle Spell, Palm/Face Reading)

2. Puja & Ritual Bookings (Kaal Sarp Dosh, Manglik Dosh, Navgraha Shanti Puja, Nazar Dosh Removal)
Because puja and ritual bookings involve advance procurement of materials and priest scheduling, the following applies:
- Cancellations made 72+ hours before the scheduled puja are eligible for a refund minus material costs already incurred.
- Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable, as materials and priest time are already committed.
- Rescheduling is offered free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.
3. Courses & Coaching Programmes
- Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of enrolment and before the first live session.
- After the first live session has taken place, fees are non-refundable, but you may convert your enrolment to a later batch once, free of charge.
- The Professional Practitioner Programme (bundled course) follows the same 48-hour window; partial refunds for individual completed modules are not provided.
4. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
Send your booking details (name, service, date/time) via WhatsApp to +91 80026 78464 or email support@kaylatalk.com. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Exceptions
In cases of genuine emergency (medical or family), please reach out as soon as possible — we evaluate such requests with compassion on a case-by-case basis, beyond the standard windows above.
6. Service Quality
If you feel a session did not meet the standard described on our Services page, please contact us within 48 hours of your session. We will review the concern and may offer a complimentary follow-up session or partial refund at our discretion.
