Chapter 1 — The night the sky called

Every story begins with a question. Kajal's began on a rooftop one night — a little girl sitting beside her grandmother, watching the stars. It lay in the classical texts — the intricate calculations of the Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra, the gemology of the Garuda Purana, the remedies of the Lal Kitab, and that quiet wisdom of the Upanishads which says destiny and karma are two sides of the same coin. Years of practice — first learning, then living, then teaching. Kajal understood early that astrology is not a science to be memorised, but one to be absorbed — in every house of a chart beats a human heart.

Chapter 3 — A 13-year gurukul

The journey from student to teacher spans 13 years — and continues today. Chapter 4 — Before the fire: 10 years of ritual experience

Astrology is diagnosis; ritual is treatment. Chapter 5 — Honour and responsibility
